    Neat. This kind of habitability research should help with more space stations on the way and more people staying in orbit.

    I use night light mode on screens and have a sunrise alarm clock for dark winter mornings. I also use it with blackout curtains and smart bulbs to flip my sleep schedule when I’ve had to work night shifts.
