I’m looking for recommendations for one or more Android apps that can help me track various biometric information throughout the day. I want to keep track of my sleep, diet, exercise, stress levels, health symptoms, blood glucose, heart rate, body temperature, and weight. I’m hoping to find a single app or a combination of apps that can measure all of these factors. Currently, I’m using a journal, but I’m looking for a more convenient and comprehensive solution.
