imo legal counsel should be fired for allowing this to air after the Madison tweets. 100% feels like this was a PR/Legal approved scripted video.

I really don’t know how much of this I can believe. It starts out fairly level headed but becomes increasingly provocative and deranged sounding.

My impression is this person has malicious intent. They are evidently mentally unwell; cutting yourself for a day off work is extreme.

I’m sure there is some truth in here, but I’m not going to dig for it when I just outright disbelieve some of the later statements.

Because I don’t believe someone? Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

If even a fraction of what is written is true, it should be investigated.

I can believe someone cutting themselves to justify getting time off work, wife used to work in a very toxic workplace and with all the crap and guilt trips she’d get about having a day off work it took either something extremely serious or me telling her she’s that too sick and that there’s no way she’s going in to work for her to call in sick.

I can also believe someone would cut themselves to justify getting time off work, because I’ve also been a victim of workplace bullying and harassment.

My point was that she was willing to be self-destructive for the sake of being deceitful. Being deceitful is rational if the motivation is selfish, but if the reason is literal self-harm, then that tells me her motivations are suspect, hence, my skepticism as a whole.

My biases also factor into my assessment. I can totally believe LMG are overworked. But the claims about the toxicity of other employees just seems too farfetched for how I believe the company culture is.

My stance is tenuous until there is more evidence to corroborate her claims.
