I used to think censorship worked. Now I think that just encourages troubled individuals to find an even worse echo chamber somewhere on the internet.

If I understand it correctly, gallium and germanium are a byproduct of refining zinc or alumina.
This is a bit of a problem, because it also seems that China mines the most out of these materials, so it’s not like we could easily just buy these raw materials and have enough to produce even if we invested in our own refineries, no?
