Not cheap, but not overly expensive. You are getting what you pay for without the privacy nightmare.
Ubiquiti is who I chose. Everything is self hosted, no service fees, good quality equipment and no extra frees for remote maintenance. The motion and AI detections work very well and of course all the products integrate seamlessly into their UniFi network equipment…BUT it’s more a whole network approach than just cameras.

If you want to throw stuff while hiking, Disc Golf is for you. Honestly I owe playing disc golf much appreciation to getting out of a big slump I was in and losing weight. It’s like hiking, but with a mini game built in.
I suspect fear mongering as it likely DOES take screenshots and since it has the device infected, it grabs the time/position and other intelligence it can grab. I don’t believe for a second they actually hacked the Signal app itself.
