Is this a float/string vs integer thing, or did someone forget which way the alligator teeth go?

https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-60416058 related. It’s going to be a subscription service and Musk is going to have his fanboys hooked in for the short life of the company.
Do you not see an issue?
Oh hey look, AMD stock went up 2% today.
Terrible company and interface, some pockets of good community and conversation though.
Yeah, I hear you. I wish I had better bike infrastructure and a decent rail system in my city.
Warmer climate, more AC, more need for natural gas and petroleum product powered energy production.
If only there was a way to have Twitter like features spread across hundreds if not thousands of independently owned servers that could join together in a sort of union or federation, if you will, as they see fit for their purpose. Oh well, I guess I can dream.
I’m an asshole if I don’t put my filters on, no one would like me.
Healthcare providers in general, but doctors especially have a sense of duty to their patients regardless of work conditions which are often unacceptable for both. One workaround I’ve seen mentioned for doctors in particular is to continue working, but stop making notes in the EHR or submitting billing which tends to get admins attention real quick without impacting patient care.
I’m all over the place. Willie Nelson, Rodrigo y Gabriella, OutKast, The Cure, Beck, Blackalicious, B-52s, Talking Heads, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, James Brown, The Clash, Ray Charles, Jonny Cash, The Who, ELO, The Beatles, The Guess Who.
Basically I start with listening to different genres of music, and add them into a big playlist and keep looking for new music to add to the playlist. I love finding collaborations that bands have done and spinoff bands.
I use LastPass because my company pays for it, I also export to all of my browsers because LastPass doesn’t fill or save passwords right on some sites and the browser auto fill works better. Sometimes that means I have to search a bit for the right password for an account, but the system works and I haven’t had a compromised password that was my fault in a long time since I use autogenerated passwords. As always 2FA the important accounts.
There’s going to be some very disappointed stock bros.
I see where the daughter got her intelligence from.
Palliative care? That’s not what palliative care is.
What is palliative care? Palliative care is specialized medical care for people living with a serious illness, such as cancer or heart failure. Patients in palliative care may receive medical care for their symptoms, or palliative care, along with treatment intended to cure their serious illness. Palliative care is meant to enhance a person’s current care by focusing on quality of life for them and their family.

There would be a resident that could close you up, but maybe skip the discount surgeon with his degree from Hollywood Upstairs Medical School.
AP and Reuters run the stories and everyone adds their opinions on top of that, or they rehash some Twitter thread. NPR tends to take those news stories and at least bring in competent analysts in to speak about them. I’d stick with those 3, for the most “fair” view of the happenings in the world.
Any community is a sum of it’s members, good bad, or otherwise. I think there will be a wave of us Reddit refugees, but also word is going to spread to other places like Meta and hopefully bring in even more people. Getting people sorted into servers that are going to be able to handle the load, or even better getting them to host their own servers is going to be the way to go. Sorry if we’re stumbling all over your garden in the meantime.
I expected more from a company like Penguin Books.
