Im so confused why this wouldn’t work and I didn’t see anywhere in the article the actual reason. Can anyone explain it better? Can you not just play a vr video file? Is it blocking the sites? I’m just confused.

Is this any different than EPA rated MPG listed on vehicles? Obviously their quoted range is an absolute best case scenario. Still fun to meme on the cyber truck though.
Just off the top of my head but I think you’re on the right path when it comes to sounding more eloquent. Poetry probably came from people messing around and playing with words to find what sounds interesting.
You’re already good to go on rhyming. So maybe just try for different rhyme schemes.
You might could also add other whatever-they’re -calleds like alliteration, consonance, metaphors, etc. Each of those are just a tools in the poet’s toolbox.
But what do I know!
I really wish he would do a video about his personal photography. I always love it when he would get air time on LTT or one of their other channels talking about cameras and was always curious to see his photos.
Films where I don’t recognize a single actor among the whole crew are almost always better than ones where I’ve seen such and such actor in other movies. Just more immersive. And even if they’re not the best actors I’d much prefer that over whatever the hell Chris Prat or Tom Cruise or Leo D are up to.
I think you’re right and maybe that’s why I prefer horror movies so much over literally all else. And to your point about being outside of Hollywood, I really appreciate it when I don’t recognize any of the actors. It makes it much more immersive for me. Usually much better camera work and lighting too. And Less CGI - atleast the better ones. I hate it when the whole screen is just really good animation :(
I’d recommend cured meats like smoked sausage or jerky along with crackers. I believe you can do cous cous without boiling the water too but I could be wrong there.
There are also some dehydrated backpacking meals that don’t require boiling the water. Usually they are the breakfast ones with powdered milk and granola and dehydrated fruits - they’re delicious and some of my favorite backpacking food!!
My job is in photography but it’s also one of my hobbies & sometimes it does make me feel like I’m at work too.
Damn that anxiety of the after hours work messages when I’m stoned and can’t figure out how to reply!
I too like to get my feet wet with different hobbies and bounce around between some ‘test’ hobbies to see if they’ll keep my interest for long.
Dude I like running too but I can’t for the life of me run on a treadmill or circular track or anything repetitive like that. It has to be some kind of trail. But the summers here suuuuuuuuuuucccckkkkkk it’s so fucking hot I can’t imagine running at all!
I feel like a loser compared to some of these other commenters lol. I sometimes like to play retro games on my handheld emulator. Those usually get boring pretty fast. I like to watch YouTube videos about really old computers & try to figure out how they work. Like vacuum tubes and stuff - really simple computers. I also watch videos on repairing old electronics and computers too. But I can’t really justify any investment into that hobby so I just live vicariously through the videos. That’s about it.
And any chance I get I like to disconnect from society completely and go backpacking in the woods either by myself or with a couple really close friends! But that could never happen often enough.
I think the person you were talking to had not really given as much thought into the subject.
If your camera supports it you can try registering faces to prioritize the auto focus for a few of the standout players.
If your camera doesn’t have any ibis and you’re shooting with a crop at 200mm I think maybe you’re right that 1600 isn’t quite fast enough. You could go higher or maybe try out a monopod to help stabilize.
There should be a tracking AF option where you can select a focus point and then let the camera track the point but your camera may not have that option either.
If no tracking AF try using a larger point. My camera calls it zone AF where it focuses on one of the 9 boxes made by the lines of thirds.
It could also be a “get good” situation where you just have to anticipate a little of what might happen and try to be ready for shots a few seconds ahead of time. Practice makes perfect after all.
I hope that maybe this helps!
