If they quit for another job it means that people are heavily underpaid for the amount of effort, stress, knowledge and experience they have. It’s not that those who quit are worth less. 3. a complete moron that follows one of the above and can speak three quarters of a language.

Low tech is a feature in safety systems though. Fewer dependancies and easier troubleshooting means better.
