I still miss how nice this was when it came out. Rocking a Galaxy Tab S5e with Lineage OS which I’m really enjoying now though.
Tried it for a few minutes, it just feels off. It could just be the haptics? Idk this makes sense it just really makes me aware I’m typing on a screen
1000 down / 20 up for $75 from Comcast. It’s getting upgraded to 1200/200… Eventually… 🥲
If they take too long I might just hop back to TMobile 5g home internet. It would peak at like 500 down / 120 up for $50 which I was super happy with.
In the US we have Zelle which is free and instant, but it’s still a third party your bank integrates
“Bus? No we bulldozed hundreds of neighborhoods to build highways so now everyone has to have a car”
Third party apps like Textra or Pulse can’t access the RCS APIs, if you want to use a different carrier messaging app you can’t use RCS currently. Also as far as I know the system doesn’t actually know what RCS messages are and they’re stored as SMS/MMS internally. Like if you restore from a backup or clear data on Google Messages, all your existing RCS messages appear as SMS/MMS.
Can we just get third party RCS support
I remember a comment before on another app “why is there a secret rule every Lemmy app developer has to pick a gross mascot, this is a literal fucking rat”
I was using Relay, but switched to Sync like a month before they killed API
Do people in the UK even use those
I’ve been tempted to try on my Surface Laptop 2… I would miss Photoshop but I can live on PhotoPea
Pixels are super easy to unlock the bootloader, and also easy to flash back to image back to stock if you wanted.
Should have added a winky face. We can’t ban cars, but definitely need to use cars less. Mostly a joke about how the current state of EVs is just green washing.
I felt like I noticed something new every time I watched Arrival
Plex on my Pi 3
This is more or less how I started learning Linux too
I just miss haven’t a playstation app
Comcast charges $30 for unlimited data, and $25 for unlimited data + modem rental
I feel like I’m having a change of heart on NextCloud… Every time some little thing breaks I have to figure out how to fix it
