oh yes I’m not excited about humans being replaced by bias amplifying machines with corporate morals

I think it’s unfair to call it poorly-developed, the rush to market it and apply it in every corner is driven entirely by capitalist speculation, the engineers and scientists working on developing these systems are not to blame
Democrats don’t like riots, if leftists protest too hard liberals are the first to tell them they’re hurting the cause.
You must simply VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO!!! every few years, that’s the extent of political action requested and allowed by liberals
do you believe they’re going to backpedal on all of the already announced singleplayer characters and content?
At this rate American Presidents will be immune from prosecution on humanitarian grounds, same reason 80+ year old prisoners are often released to die free.
That’s even more reason for Biden to do something but sadly Democrats have learned helplessness.
have you been to Detroit? there’s robbery. guess it’s legal there
You’re consistently glossing over the point about accessibility. Why shouldn’t high budget games make it easier for people with disabilities to play them?
Why does anyone NEED to be excluded? Many games have demonstrated that accessibility options allow more people to play the game the way they want.
This is something we can start to expect from AAA games.
Do you need others to fail the game, or to belittle them for turning down the difficulty, so that you can feel good about yourself?
Yes and so accessibility options that allow the player to customize the experience are what is being suggested.
If the game were made trivially easy then it would be alienating the people you describe.
Player choice is how games are made more accessible.
they’re gatekeeping the game story and experience, and ability to finish experiencing the game, from people who might be disabled or simply bad at games.
by making the game more accessible they would allow more people to enjoy the whole game
it’s a pretty standard example of gatekeeping
damn where do I sign up to live in simple naive fantasy land
I feel like the effort to make such a repo and make it popular enough to be cloned and rehosted is a lot more effort than someone manually checking the results of an automated filter process.
The “effort economy” is hugely in favor of the mirroring side
Sorry I didn’t realize it wasn’t a gobal feature. I use “Connect” on Android or the web client.
I’m not sure why you think we need an apartheid colonial ethnostate at all. Nor how you expect having pockets of Palestinian state embedded like oil into water in the region that Israel controls will yield a lasting peace TBH.
two state solution sounds fair, but nations with border tension and decades of bad blood don’t really get along even when simply bordering one another let alone when you have two disjoint Palestinian territories embedded in a territory that Israelis consider their promised land.
No state whose identity is ethnically or religiously defined will work in that situation.
You would need some kind of major cultural shift towards egalitarianism and away from religious and ethnic identity in that region to make that work.
The user labelling feature is nice because I knew you were a zionist loser before even reading this nonsense
Everyone is an anti simit why are all of you jew haters trying to stop the state of Israel from committing genocide your simitisim is showing you’re basically Hitler for wanting to prevent a genocide why are you so simit
Only you know the truth!
Even funnier is the guy’s post history is all about game and media piracy. Ubisoft just lost themselves a lifetime non-customer by daring to go woke.
They’re saying they might ask to collect this additional information. A lot of the information, as others have pointed out, is also common and necessary for some basic operations of a service like this.
This is an overreaction, there are many good reasons not to like this app but misunderstanding their data policy isn’t one
