Linux Gaming@lemmy.world•Nearly 90% of Windows Games now run on Linux, latest data shows — as Windows 10 dies, gaming on Linux is more viable than everEnglish
81·1 month agoIirc correctly, those are just the Linux native ones. A game doesn’t have to be native to play just fine on Linux though.
I just played through Dying Light as well and is absolutely why I thought of this!
You know when you are in the middle of a game’s story and then you get caught or something wjd the enemy takes all your gear and you have to find your gear or fight to get it back? No screw that. So annoying.
And I’m the kind of player that does all sise quests before doing the main story so I can be OP and plow through the story. Just let me do that and don’t take what I worked hard to get.

Going to try thumb key thanks to this thread and see how it goes. Seems like a steep learning curve but I dig the concept of it. Wrote this (slowly) in it.

My personal is shit, my work account though is lit like a Christmas tree but I can’t use that on an application and contrary to popular belief, I don’t always feel like spending all night coding after spending all day coding
No issues so far (fingers crossed xD)
Just ditched windows about 2 weeks ago and finally made the full time switch to Manjaro and am absolutely loving it
