This reminds me of another factoid - most people never write in their dreams. I wonder if there is a relationship.

For me, pros are:
Cons
Hope this is helpful.
I was looking into Tailscale, but it got me a little worried. I’m not very knowledgeable, so I hope someone can correct me
They don’t allow ssh, so you have to give your keys over them and they manage your ssh connection? That seems idiotic. Surely that can’t be correct?
I’m my use case, I was wanting to rsync to an off-site Synology from a Linux box. Synology also doesn’t allow ssh over their VPN service - frustrating.
Yeah, that is probably what I miss most about Reddit. Science articles have really deep discussions about the topics there. Here, the comments are mainly just one or two jokes and an asshole or two with a superiority complex.
The fediverse has some really good tech discussions. I hope we can get more scientists soon to elevate those discussions.
This is actually from the European Space Agency. They collaborated with China to deliver the instrument to the moon.
Yeah, I get that, but why negative ions? Their research seems important, I just don’t understand the significant of the ions.
Thanks, but yeah, the article just says the following:
The observations could have considerable implications for our understanding of what goes on in other spots in our celestial neighborhood that aren’t protected by a magnetic field either.
“These observations on the Moon will help us better understand the surface environment and act as a pathfinder to explore negative ion populations in other airless bodies in the Solar System,” NILS principal investigator Martin Wieser explained in the statement, “from planets to asteroids and other moons.”
It doesn’t really say why negative ions are significant, just that they are found in places without a magnetic field and may help us understand similar places. The research seems more in-depth, and the article send to lack important details.
So what is the significance of this?
The chair is actually a woman.
Any suggestions for current gen routers?
Does anyone know about the technology that nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers use? Why are they able to operate but we can’t use the same technology on land?
No mention of the Tesla dancing robot yet?
Thanks, bought one!
I volunteered at the occupy wall street camp in New York. Fun times.
Any way to power the drives if you don’t have any more free power cables? Just have to buy a new PSU?
I met an interesting Argentinian girl through ICQ. A co-worker ended up getting their inbox filled with large attachments from an overseas office with fast internet. We were still on dial-up. We just had pop3 access, no online front end. I stayed in the office over night to download the files so the connection wouldn’t be interrupted by someone else accessing the line. To pass the time, I downloaded ICQ and started chatting with the Argentinian girl. She introduced me to this song.
Great memories.
When your compensation is based on profit per car, you make strange decisions like removing winker stalks and quality control.

The term “hallucinations” originally came from computer researchers working with image producing AI systems. I think you might be hallucinating yourself 😉
The solar/battery stuff was just him saving an almost bankrupt company his cousins had. SpaceX and Tesla had both invested in the company, and he would have lost the money and like faced regulatory scrutiny had it went under.
Hyperloop was his effort to disrupt California’s high-speed rail plans.
I have an off-site Synology that is also killing me trying to get it connected. Did you realize they don’t allow ssh on their VPN service?
