That’s a great website that I didn’t know existed, thanks for sharing!
I’m missing the joke… would anyone be so kind to help me understand?
I know a version with a graphics designer. They designed something in 10 minutes and asked 1000 USD for it. When confronted on why it is so expensive for just 10 minutes of work, the answer is that it’s not just the 10 minutes of work, but also the 10 years of experience that lead to this 10 minutes of work.
How do you know it’s your password if all you see is astrisks?
I think we work for the same company…
I am by no means gadget shaming, don’t get me wrong. It’s just I do all you mentioned there with a stopwatch on my phone, and personally I would never consider buying a dedicated stopwatch for this purpose. I’m happy you’re enjoying yours though, may it last you long!
Have you heard of smartphones? 😅
You called progress instead of print function at the end.
That’s such a weird concept, definitely a shower thought. I like the idea of it, even though it’s very unlikely. We might never know… That’s the same vibe as with the “we’re in a simulation” theory. Hard to prove or disprove.
I use Memmy, but I don’t really like it. I might try Voyager looking at people’s comments.
Works, thanks a ton!
Can anyone post a link to the picture? I can’t see anything. I use Memmy on iOS and it sometimes does this weird thing where it’s not showing anything.
Podlasie in Poland, definitely. My friend’s parents have both the same maiden name despite not being closely related. Their whole village has basically the same surname.
I don’t know if I understand you correctly, but it’s actually very possible to go back to the previous app with just one swipe. No need to return to home screen. I have iPhone 11 Pro (should work the same for any newer models too) and you just swipe at the bottom from left to right and it will switch to the previous app you had open. You can do the same gesture from right to left to go forward to the next app. You can continue the same to shift through all your recently opened apps.
Amazing, we need more competition on the market. It’s never good to let big corporations run a monopoly.
What types of games do you develop? I just started gamedev as a hobbyist earlier this year, so I’m by no means an expert in the field. I’m not into 2D games, I very much prefer 3D. What scares me is that I don’t see that many well made 3D games in Godot out there. It’s mostly 2D. Nonetheless, the engine seems to be capable of doing about the same of what Unity offers. I hope I’ll be able to soon reach the same level of proficiency in Godot and support the growth of 3D community.
Installed Godot yesterday and it’s starting to grow on me, I like it. Looking forward to a huge movement of studios over to Godot, which will hopefully speed up the development of Godot through further support. Is there any reliable source of data about which game engines are popular at the moment? I want to see that sweet sweet decline in Unity user base over to Godot.

It’s just Paint behind it, isn’t it?
