I accidentally solved that by having a pc case with really tight 3.5 ports, using a splitter (edit: it’s a short, flexible type) that is quite loose and finally, headphones with an extremely solid port on the left cup (though I’d prefer right). If I yank it, the weakest link pops out, which is the output side of that splitter. In hindsight, for the price i paid this case is insanely good
