If you go under the toggle, there are 2 sections with all of the apps listed in them, at least on my end there is.
- Apps that do not show the reminder. They have the checkbox cleared.
- Apps that show the reminder. They have the checkbox filled.
See if selecting what apps helps. I’ve had it setup for a while, so I don’t remember if you need to opt-in a bunch of apps, or it defaults everything in, but you need to deselect.



Think of the definition as a sluice gate. When you allow more things through, you’re opening it wider, therefore broadening the definition. I know it’s counter-intuitive sometimes to think of it like that. Narrowing the definition would be to let fewer things through, thus closing the gate.
